Shipping Carrier

We exclusively use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipments.

Shipping Services Offered

We offer the following USPS shipping options to meet your needs:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Our fastest service, typically delivering within 1-2 business days. This service includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance coverage. Delivery is guaranteed by USPS to most domestic locations. Please note that some restrictions and exceptions to the guarantee may apply; refer to the USPS website for details.
  • USPS Priority Mail: Typically delivers within 2-3 business days to most domestic locations. This service includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance coverage.
  • USPS Ground Advantage: Typically delivers within 2-5 business days. This service is ideal for less time-sensitive shipments and includes tracking and up to $100 of insurance coverage.

 

Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates by USPS and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated (like the Priority Mail Express guarantee). Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the selected shipping service, and the destination zone as determined by USPS. You will be able to view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

We strive to offer competitive shipping rates. Occasionally, we may offer promotional shipping rates or free shipping on orders meeting certain criteria. These offers will be clearly communicated on our website and during the checkout process.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will make every effort to communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and its territories where USPS delivers. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including any apartment, suite, or building numbers. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the USPS website (https://www.usps.com/) or through the USPS mobile app.

Insurance

Both USPS Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage services include up to $100 of insurance coverage for loss or damage during transit. If you wish to have additional insurance coverage for your order, please contact us and we will work to make those arrangements for you based on the value of your items.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging your order securely, damages or loss during shipping can unfortunately occur.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging, all contents, and contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the package with photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will work with you and USPS to file a claim and find a suitable resolution.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information indicates that your package has been lost, please contact us. We will initiate a trace with USPS. Please note that USPS has specific timelines for declaring a package as lost before a claim can be filed. We will work with you through this process.

 

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a USPS facility, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
